Our company; Caravan Employment Services Pvt. Ltd. is a Nepal Government certified manpower agency holding the License No.363/059/060 which  was established 15 years ago by a group of highly motivated professionals with the vision to find better employment opportunities to send Nepalese work force worldwide. Since then it has successfully deployed more than 30,000 Nepalese workers for overseas employment. Hence, it has substantial experience and a niche for specific overseas recruitments.

Our Team


Chairman

Mr. Shiva Kumar Adhikari is the chairman of Caravan Employment Services Pvt. Ltd. He is the renowned entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in overseas employment industry. He personally oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and directs all strategic solutions to carter every need of our clients. Our valued clients' concerns are directly forwarded to him for immediate resolution. He is involved in numerous social organizations and has been awarded multiple times for his social outreach by Government offices, Non Government Organizations and Social sector.

 

Managing Director

Mr. Krishna Prasad Dhakal is the Managing Director of Caravan Employment Services Pvt. Ltd. He strongly believes in providing the clients with reliable and excellent services. He aims to establish the organization as the strongest and most successful of its kind. He personally attends important meetings and functions with Government entities to discuss various manpower intricacies.

 

Marketing Director

Mrs. Kabita Aryal Adhikari is the Marketing Director of Caravan Employment Services Pvt. Ltd. She plans as well as overviews all the marketing strategies of the organization. She did 'Masters in English' from Troy University, Alabama, USA in 2009 AD. She has been doing 'Doctorial in Instructional Leadership' from Argosy University, Los Angeles, USA. She is the proprietor of 'Broadway International Enterprises'; the trading wholesale business in Los Angeles, USA 2009-2012. She is also the proprietor of another trading and wholesale business 'Baba Enterprises', Los Angeles, USA.

 

Operations Director

Mr. Megha Raj Shrestha is the director of Caravan Employment Services Pvt. Ltd. He oversees that our objective of providing better employment to Nepalese youth for their upliftment and simultaneously fulfilling the demands of overseas companies has been met by the organization. Furthermore, he monitors and handles the critical matters involving the aforesaid Government offices.
